Aina Consulting and Educational Services is a consulting business based in Ashford, CT created by Dr. Kurt Love. Aina LLC specializes in providing assistance to organizations (municipal, government, and business) in the areas of strategic planning design and assessment, data collection and analysis, and equity practices and policies.

 

Dr. Love is also a founding partner of the HLM Impact Collaborative with Dr. Christine Moses from Buffalo Cloud Consulting and Jamahl Hines from L.o.J. Consulting. As a group of consultants, we bring a wide range of experiences and expertise to organizations, businesses, and school districts. We help to create flourishing, thriving staff, teachers, and leaders in any organization. We specialize in identifying points of friction and helping organizations build from their existing strengths. We shift organizations from depletive experiences (using people up) to generative experiences (building people's capacity) where businesses, schools, and organizations go beyond compliance to create thriving, resilient systems...and places where people genuinely enjoy their work.
